Finnegan's Communities division operates in partnership with Katz Development (www.katzdevelopmentcorp.com).

For more than 35 years Katz/Finnegan affiliated companies have developed more than 1,000 single and multifamily homes and condominiums in eastern Massachusetts and the seacoast of New Hampshire. Today the company primarily focuses on multifamily "stacked flats" close to city centers. In 2020 the company was the recipient of the PRISM Award for the Westerly project.

Our mission is simple - overbuild each home, sell at a fair price, and deliver an unmatched customer experience. We accomplish this through a high degree of principal involvement and a vertically integrated approach. We procure and permit land, act as our own general contractor, handle all customer service, and participate in the marketing and sales. Our success and reputation have been earned through longstanding relationships with our key subcontractors, suppliers, and financial partners.
